These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at jandis.store and the SEO growth services offered by Jandis ("Jandis," "we," "us"). By placing an order or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Jandis provides link building and related off-page SEO services, including but not limited to Domain Rating (DR), Domain Authority (DA), Trust Flow (TF), private blog network (PBN) placements, and guest post packages, as described on our packages page at the time of your order.
Orders are placed through the order form on our website and are paid in the cryptocurrency of your choosing from the networks we support. An order is confirmed once we have verified receipt of payment on the blockchain against the transaction hash you provide. Prices displayed at the time of order are final for that order.
Unless otherwise stated on a specific package, delivery is completed within 10 days of payment confirmation. Delivery timelines are estimates based on typical placement and indexing times and are not guaranteed to the minute or hour.
Where a package states a refill guarantee, we will replace any link that is confirmed removed within the stated guarantee period, subject to verification. The refill guarantee does not cover changes to your own website that affect link visibility, nor does it constitute a guarantee of specific ranking outcomes.
You are responsible for ensuring the website(s) and content you submit comply with applicable law and do not infringe the rights of any third party. You are responsible for the accuracy of the URLs, keywords, and contact information provided at checkout.
Search engine rankings are determined by algorithms outside of our control and are influenced by many factors beyond backlink profiles. Jandis does not guarantee specific search ranking positions, traffic increases, or revenue outcomes as a result of our services.
You may not use Jandis services to promote illegal content, malware, or websites that violate the acceptable use policies of major search engines or hosting providers. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders that violate this section.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jandis's total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or ranking losses.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
