This Privacy Policy explains what information Jandis ("we," "us") collects when you use jandis.store and how that information is used and protected.
When you place an order, we collect the website URL(s) and keywords you submit, your preferred contact method and contact address (Telegram handle or WhatsApp number), the payment network you select, and the transaction hash you provide. We also automatically log your IP address for fraud prevention and record timestamps for each order.
We use the information you provide to process and deliver your order, communicate with you about order status, verify payment, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Jandis accepts payment exclusively via cryptocurrency. We do not collect or store credit card numbers, bank account details, or other traditional financial information. Blockchain transactions are inherently public; the transaction hash you provide may be viewable on the relevant public blockchain explorer.
Order information is stored in a secured database and accessed only by authorized Jandis personnel through an authenticated admin panel. We use industry-standard practices, including parameterized database queries and CSRF protection, to guard against unauthorized access.
We retain order records for as long as necessary to fulfill orders, honor refill guarantees, and comply with our legal and accounting obligations.
If you choose Telegram or WhatsApp as your contact method, communication about your order will take place through those platforms and is subject to their respective privacy policies.
You may request a copy of the order information we hold about you, or request its deletion where we are not required to retain it for legal or operational reasons, by contacting us at the email below.
